Governance

Governance will be crucial for E·DAO with regard to how we distribute funding, build validators, and contribute to overall Ethereum ecosystem growth. Governance will be conducted on-chain using the E·DAO NFTs themselves.

1 E·DAO NFT = 1 Vote

Proposals can be submitted by holders of 10 or more E·DAO NFTs.

Proposals must meet minimum quality specifications to be considered by the community.

$VESPER will also have governance powers, albeit of a different type.

Ethereum DAO would eventually like to explore using Machine Learning algorithms (AI) to manage things like multisig, governance, and other points of centralization in an unbiased but capable manner I.E. marrying decentralization with an unbiased automaton to manage some of the systems.

The algorithms would function as a sort of constitutional enforcer.
