Background
Ethereum is currently lacking a community driven organization for developing solutions to many of its peripheral issues.
While the Ethereum Foundation works on core development, our community understands there are many problems outside the scope of the Foundation that are worth solving.
Despite the Ethereum community being strong, it is an unorganized colossus of independent actors. This has led to some ongoing challenges for the network, including a lack of client/geographical diversity among validators, low quality and confusing RPC endpoint configurations, and scam-like behavior among major protocols in the ecosystem. These issues could be overcome by an organized community directing its energy and funds toward sustainable stewardship.
